THURSDAY ‘April 28, 2016

• Arrival in Castel Gandolfo (with own car)
• Welcoming the guests in Hotel Castel Vecchio or similar
• Hours 20.30 : Dinner with the Rotary Club Roma Castelli Romani
• Overnight stay

FRIDAY ‘April 29

• Hours from 7.00 to 8.30: Breakfast at the hotel
• Hours 9.00 to 10.00: Guided visit to the Garden of Villa Barberini – “The Pontifical Villas”
• Hours 10.00 to 11.00: Visit to the Apostolic Palace with audio guide
• Hours 11.30 – 12.00: Transfer by bus GT to the lake of Castel Gandolfo
• Hours 12.00 to 13.30: Boat ride on the lake and visit the Doric and Nymphaea Ninfeo Bergantino
• Hours 13.30 – 15.30: Lunch in a typical restaurant
• Hours 15.30 – 16.00: Transfer by bus GT in Ariccia
• Hours 16.00 to 18.00: Guided tour of Palazzo Chigi Piano Nobile and Park where they filmed the movie “Il Gattopardo”
• Hours 18.00 to 19.00: Aperitif with typical products and ditties Romans
• Hours 19.00 to 19.30: Transfer by bus GT in Castel Gandolfo to return to the hotel
• Hours 20.30: Dinner and overnight.

Saturday, April 30

• Hours from 7.00 to 8.00: Breakfast at the hotel
• Hours from 8.30 to 9.30: Transfer in Bus GT in Rome St. Peter’s Audience Jubilee,
• Hours 13.00 to 14.00: packed lunch (prepared by the hotel’s restaurant)
• Hours 14.00 to 17.00: afternoon to the visit to the Holy Door and to St. Peter’s Basilica.
• Hours 17:00 – 18:00: Transfer by bus GT in Castel Gandolfo
• Hours 20.30: Dinner and overnight.

Sunday 1 May 2016

• Hours from 7.00 to 8.00 Breakfast at the hotel
• Hours from 8.30 to 9.00: Transfer in Bus GT in Grottaferrata
• Hours 10.00 to 13.00: Guided tour of the Abbey of San Nilo (with the possibility to attend mass in the Byzantine Rite Greek) and / or other artistic / cultural site
• Hours 12,30 13,00: Transfer in Bus GT in Castel Gandolfo,
• Hours 13.00 to 15.00: lunch at restaurant
• Hours 15.00: departure for re-entry (with own car)

 

Adult participation fee: € 375,00 per person in double / twin room

 Single supplement: € 50,00 per person

Children participation fee: € 330,00  – (aged 2 -12 years) – additional bed

The price includes:

• Bus for transfers as scheduled and available to the group, including parking lots and LTZ.
• 4 days – 3 nights Hotel Castelvecchio 4 **** or similar in double / twin room accommodation with breakfast.
• Dinner with the Rotary Club Roma Castelli Romani
• Entrance tickets to the Apostolic Palace and the Pontifical Villas with multilingual audio guide.
• Boat on the lake ticket and guided tour of the nymphs.
• Lunch at local restaurant on the lake, including drinks (Friday).

• Packed lunch  in Rome (Saturday).
